My kids like to ask me buy this buns from neighborhood bakery shop so decide to try it out
Buns:
200g Bread flour
100g Water
30g Beaten egg
20g Milk powder
20g castor sugar
2g salt
2g instant yeast
20g unsalted butter
-Double proofing method
-Lay a piece of baking paper over, stack another baking tray on top and bake at preheat oven at 170c for 20-25min
Cream cheese filling:
250g cream cheese
50g icing sugar
25g fresh milk
-blend everything up till smooth and creamy. Transfer into a piping bag and chill till ready to use
