Recipe
200g barramundi fillet
Batter mixture :
All-purpose flour 50g
corn starch 25g
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
lced cold beer 110ml
– Mix well
Flour mixture
All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
Pinch of salt and dash of black pepper
– Mix well
Methods
1. Half the thick barramundi fillets. Pat dry and lightly season with salt.
2. Coat with flour mixture follow by into the batter mixture
3. Deep fry in oil and ready to serve with fries
