Salmon avocado rice with onsen egg
Full lunch for my 👦🏻 who is back early today! No cooking done! I just use the blow torch to torch the slice salmon to cook it and also brown the avocado slice too 😋
Not much of recipe… here is how I do it:
Filled a rice bowl with rice and overturn it on a plate. Use a spoon and slightly press on center to make a dent ( to put the onsen egg)

Slice the salmon and avocado thinly and lay around the rice. Squeeze mayo and mentaiko sauce over and use the blow torch to torch till the salmon is cooked and slightly charred! Put the onsen egg in center of rice and sprinkle some seaweeds and sesame and ready to serve!
Bring 3 cups of water to full boil and off fire. Add 1 cup of normal temp water into the pot . Put in the 2 60g room temp eggs in water and cover. Removed the eggs after 11 minutes and put in ice water.( I remove it from ice water and put aside after 15min)
