Today lunch I have cooked some Thai dishes cos the kids are not coming back for lunch!
Love these fresh premium barramundi from @kuhlbarra it’s have 5x higher in Omega-3 than regular threadfin and grouper.

They came freshly vacuum pack and not frozen! It’s tested free from antibiotics & growth hormones!

Thai style steam Barramundi portion with lime and garlic

Recipe
200g of Barramundi( washed and pap dry)
1 stall of lemon grass ( cut in 4 parts, lighten crushed)

Sauce mixture
80ml chicken stock
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tbsp of chopped parsley
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chili ( chopped)
2 medium size green Lime ( squeeze to juice)

1. Lay the lemon grass on steaming plate, put the barramundi on top and steam for 10-12min.
2. Mix all ingredients for the sauce mixture, taste to your liking
3. Removed the water from steam fish, pour the sauce over and ready to serve .
