Choco pull apart buns with Nutella filling
requested by the kids 😋
1st try out and turn out yummy… we tear one and share among 4 of us to try 😆

Using same buns recipe tat I always use cos this recipe is really soft even the next day…
Dough recipe
130g ice water
3g yeast
40g sugar
25g beaten egg
210g bread flour
40g cake flour
8g milk powder
25g unsalted butter ( room temp)
3g salt
10g cocoa powder
Nutella
1st proofing to double in size…
Divide into 16 small buns is around 30g each… add 1 tsp Nutella in each buns
Put into a 8×8 baking tray and 2nd proofing till double as well. Brush with egg wash ( optional)
Bake in preheated oven for 15min 180c.
Lightly brush with condensed milk and sprinkle chocolate rice as requested as well 😁
