What about some fried fresh barramundi @kuhlbarra fillet cube for snack? Yeah I love using fresh fish… it’s so juicy and tender! Just do a small portion for my 👧🏻 while the hubby and son trying to snatch some😆 … the mummy chef love seeing them snatching away cos I know it’s really yummy 😋
Simply cut the barramundi fillet into cube, season with garlic powder/light soya/egg white/pepper… coat with panko/breadcrumbs and deep fry.
