Tofu chicken burger for my 👧🏻 lunch

Been awhile I did this tofu chicken patty! Done a batch and freeze it 😋😋
Ingredients
1 chicken leg or breast ( I use a handheld blender to minced it)
Silk tofu (Half box, use a fork to mash it)
Chopped spring onion
Carrots ( cut into tiny cube)
Brown mushroom( cut into tiny cube)
Seasoning: chicken powder ( no msg), light soya, oyster sauce and pepper
( seasoning I put around 2 tsp each, pls adjust according to your taste)
-> mix all up, shaped into Pattie’s and freeze it… can pan fry this way or coat with flour/beaten eggs/panko and deep fry
