Today I’m home so decide to cook my favorite Black bean pork rib soup😋
Soup full of ‘sweetness’ no salt needed!
100g Black bean ( soaked for at least 30min)
10pc soft bone ribs ( pre boil/blanched to remove the blood)
3-4 red dates
1 honey date
8-10 mini dried scallop
3-4pc thumb size dried cuttlefish
3-4 cloves of garlic ( wash with skin slightly crushed)
Added meat balls ( optional)
Around 1.6-1.8l Water
Can add in goji berries also but today I forgot 😅

All into pot and slow boil for around 2-3hrs ( I’m using iron cast pot)… meat is soft and soup is sweet.
