My 👦🏻 keep asking when I’m making this… told him need to the last item cos afraid can’t last till CNY 🙈🤣
Crispy knots
Simple use 3pc of Dahfa fish strips and tie a knot, airfry 200c for 4min till crispy ( need to open and shake abit to even out the brown)
Salted egg sauce
50g salted butter
30g salted egg powder
20-30 curry leaves
2 chili padi ( slice)
Sugar to taste
Melt the butter in heated pan, add in the curry leaves & chili padi and stir fry till fragrant. Add in the salted egg yolk powder and mix well till foamy, add sugar to taste and off fire. Pour all the crispy knots in, mix and coat well and done!
