Sweet potato balls
simple recipe
350g sweet potato ( steam till soft)
250g tapioca starch
90g sugar ( adjust accordingly to how sweet is your sweet potato )
1/2 cup water ( also adjust accordingly to your sweet potato texture)
Hint: add water till dough don’t have crack line and not sticky too hand
Deep fried in oil till golden brown
