One pan Pork chop in creamy mushroom sauce for lunch 😋
Add on steam sweet crunchy corn as sides 😁

INGREDIENTS

3 pork collar or loin( rub with bit of salt & pepper)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 medium onion sliced
7-8 brown mushroom sliced ( I use canned button mushroom cos I don’t have brown mushroom at home)
100ml chicken broth
100ml cooking cream ( can replace with fresh milk also or sour cream)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat up pan in medium heat, add the olive oil and 1tbsp of the butter.

2.Add the pork chop. Pan fried each side till slightly golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the pork chop to a plate.

3.Lower the heat on pan, add in the other 1tbsp butter follow by the slice onion. Sauté the onion until it’s softened and lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Add in the slice mushroom and give it a quick stir fry.

4.Add in the chicken broth follow by the cooking cream, stir it up and let it small boil till slightly thicken.

5.Add the pork chop back to the pan and spoon some sauce over top and serve.
