Mini hotdog buns & ‘hedgehog’ choco buns for tomorrow breakfast
Using very precious mini hotdog from Bangkok to make these buns and my boy request for choco buns out of nowhere so I anyhow wrap choco chip inside and deco it cutely 🤣
Dough recipe
130g ice water
3g yeast
40g sugar
25g beaten egg
210g bread flour
40g cake flour
8g milk powder
25g unsalted butter ( room temp)
3g salt
Double proofing…
Each buns is around 50-53g
Bake in preheated oven for 15min 180c.
