Cooking my gal 👧🏻 favorite fish porridge for early lunch cos she is going for her ballet exam! She is so worried last night, telling me to cook fish porridge for her, she say she love fish porridge cos it’s yummy and she can eat fast 😆!

They came freshly vacuum pack and not frozen! It’s tested free from antibiotics & growth hormones!
200g of Barramundi( washed and pat dry) Slice and just sprinkle with salt before pan fried.
1 tbsp of dried fish sole powder
2 slice of ginger
1/2 cup of rice
Boil the porridge with above ingredients and just add in the pan fried fish
Added chopped spring onion & Drizzle light soya and sesame oil before serve!
