Assorted buns for tomorrow breakfast
• Coconuts buns
• Cheesy sugar pork floss buns
• cheesy mayo bacon buns

Recipe
130g ice water
3g yeast
40g sugar
25g beaten egg
210g bread flour
40g cake flour
8g milk powder
25g unsalted butter ( room temp)
3g salt
Egg wash

Double proofing. After 1st proofing double in size, divide my dough into 9 balls , 1 ball around 52g. And rest for 10min before shaping to the buns u like. 2nd proof till double in size. Brush with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven 180c for 15min.
