一锅卤肉aka Lor bak
One pot braised pork belly/ribs
•pork belly/ribs ( marinate with dark soya sauce/light soya sauce/mixed spice powder and pepper for at least 30min)
•2-3 tau kwa ( cut into triangular )
•Eggs & quail eggs ( boil and remove shells)
•8-10 cloves garlic ( lightly pressed but leave skin on)
1. Heat 2-3tbsp oil in pan/pot, add in garlic and stir fry till fragrant
2. Add the marinated pork belly, brown on both side. Followed by add water till cover the meat. Add more dark and light soya and bring to boil.
3. Add the button mushroom, eggs, and tau kwa… continue small boil till meat are soft. Add more water or dark/light soya sauce to taste. Off fire and serve.
